Finally, my new Bosch Universal Kitchen Machine in here. Also in .... my 45 lbs of wheat. I've now gone to three bread making classes! Gone are all of my excuses for not baking! Well.......I've yet to make the basic bread making class where she describes all of the healthiest grains.....
Yes, I am absolutely a procrastinator!

The Tate Family
We are setting up this blog in an effort to keep in touch with family and friends. We seem to be a busy family with four children ranging in age from 4 to 11! We have homeschooled for 4 years now and are enjoying learning and applying the principles described in A Thomas Jefferson Education. If/When my Kitchen Aid gives up the ghost, I'm thinking about going with the Bosch. I'm looking forward to hear how you like it.

I did use it for mixing friendship bread the other day. I loved it. So easy to use and clean up is quick. Sorry Vonnie the bread was inhaled in minutes.
I'm still getting around to making bread without using the bread maker.
On Friday I was 2 hours into a 4 hour cycle and accidently unplugged the bread maker. It was looking beautiful! End result didn't quite look or chew so well. :)
I update you when I try a "real" bread recipe.
